to meet the client’s needs.

Inner Core Retraining
Inner core retraining is a great way to help allerviate a painful back or pelvic instability problems. Inner core stability programs will look at the activation of the pelvic floor, Transversus Abdominus and other stability muscles of the core and pelvis. Once you have learnt how to activate these inner core muscles we can then incorporate other muscles to work in conjunction with them. Tecoma Myotherapy has been giving out core stability programs since 2003 and it is a very affective tool to help correct troublesome back problems. Poor posture is one of the biggest causes of neck, thoracic and lower back pain. Due to our increasing more sedentary lifestyles with computers, sitting and driving our main stability muscles of our upper and lower back can become over loaded and this can create muscular imbalance leading to pain and dysfunction.
